ID Protection password files not synching between iPads and iPhones after ios15 upgrade?

Have found I can no longer even manually force a sync of password files between IPad Pros and iPhones after the upgrade to IOS. 15 - whereas an upgraded latest-version Mac can pass a one-way transfer of password data changes to all these devices, but not receive any changes from them either.. Does anyone else have the same problem or found a solution? F-secure Technical Team as yet not resolved my problem..?

    Hi @BasB

    I can see your ticket with our support is progressing considerably.

    I would like to add that you try to uninstall ID Protection on the iOS devices and this is considered safe since the passwords on your Mac are up to date but take extra caution not to uninstall it on the Mac. You can always export what you have now as a backup just in case you decide to uninstall it on the Mac too.

    The reinstallation progression should be;

    • Uninstall ID Protection on the iOS devices
    • Release the license from your My F-Secure portal
    • Reinstall ID Protection and sync with the Mac.

    We would like to investigate further if the issue persists.
