iPad loses wifi connection when Freedome is on?
Hi, for the past week or so my iPad has been trouble to maintain wifi connection when Freedome is running. Contacted Apple support and only advice was to get rid of Freedome.
Hopefully you can fix this issue asap to convince me and continue to use your product. In my iPad have the latest iOS updates.

We would like to have more information on the iOS version and the Freedome VPN version you have running.
Have you tried to reinstall the Freedome VPN and did you try connecting to several servers to test?
You can reinstall the VPN settings to see if it helps with this problem. Follow these steps:
- Open F-Secure FREEDOME VPN on your mobile device
- Click on the menu button and go to Settings
Click on the Remove VPN settings button to remove the existing settings. Next time you click on the ON / OFF button on the main page the app will install the VPN settings again.
If resetting Freedome VPN settings does not help with the problem, try to change the IKEv2 setting in the settings:
- Open F-Secure FREEDOME VPN on your mobile device
- Click on the menu button and go to Settings
- Change the IKEv2 setting to the other position
