Firefox does not produce .fsk files. It only produces .csv for export. How can I get these in to your program?

    Hi @Augstin

We are aware of this issue in importing passwords from Dashlane CSV format. Dashlane changed its export format when they moved from desktop app to browser extension based solution. We are changing IDP to support importing in this new format in the coming months.

I was going to ask you to try to convert to .CSV format but you said you have already done that. Let me get back to you on this especially if there might be need to reorganize the headlines to match our format.

    Hi @MarttiH

Importing from Firefox browser is not possible at the moment but you can import passwords from Google Chrome.

You might want to give that a try.

My Google Chrome exports password only as .csv. Problem is not solved.

I tried also Microsoft Edge. It, too, exports in .csv only. Problem is not solved

    Hi @MarttiH

You should do the following after you have created the .CSV file from Chrome:

    1. Open F-Secure ID PROTECTION
    2. Click Settings
    3. Click Import Passwords
    4. Select Dashlane (CSV) on the list
    5. Click Select
    6. Import the file from there
