why connection failed?

Hello there,

i use vpn freedome in a restrictet wlan to go to free internet. But freedome dont connect any server. WLAN works, the newest version of freedome works, licence works... windows 10 in newest version, works. 👍️

But connecten ... waiting for...waiting..and waiting... 😴

Fun fact: the kaspersky solution works fine. 🙃

What can i do now to bring freedome to work? 😐️

You may want to try the below instructions;

• Turn the FREEDOME protection off and on again
• Try connecting to another FREEDOME location

Change the VPN protocol in use:

1. Open F-Secure FREEDOME 
2. Go to Settings
3. Click Choose VPN protocol
4. Switch between OpenVPN and IKEv2
5. Turn the VPN protection on 

Check:

• Restart computer
• Restart your network router
• Try to connect with another internet connection entirely (share for example with mobile hotspot)
• Make sure Windows is updated

Run the following command line commands:

• ipconfig /flushdns
• netsh winsock reset
• netsh int ipv6 reset

After performing the above steps, try to turn the protection on.
