Freedome is using lots of phone battery

After installing the latest version of Freedome (version 2.7.1.9113), the SW is consuming a lots of my phone's battery. Battery runs out very fast. If I turn-off Freedome, problem goes away. I attached a screenshot of my phone's battery usage.

    For general battery drain issue, suggestions that work so far are resetting app permissions and clearing partition cache. 


    For F-Secure FREEDOME VPN app, you can try to clear app data and cache (for F-Secure FREEDOME VPN) to check if that helps. You can also reinstall F-Secure FREEDOME VPN or even remove the program to monitor few days to check whether battery drain still happen.
