I've permitted myself to check your purchases internally and it seems that you've been using F-Secure Internet Security since 2015.
Moreover, you've created a trial account for F-Secure SAFE in My F-Secure portal in January 2021.
Both, the trial version of SAFE and your Internet Security license code that you've been purchasing since 2015 are not valid any more.
Please provide us with more details on the program you have/purchased and what is your intention so that we could understand how to help you.
