What type of virus is this?

Hi, I just recently joined and I need help finding an answer to this I hope this question goes here. I have this concern because my friend uses a modified version of WhatsApp that happened to me last night but f-secure gives us an infection warning, in my case I already deleted the file and did a cleaning with f-secure but my friend continues Using this modified version of WhatsApp which worries me because I do not feel safe but yesterday I also investigated what type of virus it could be and absolutely nothing appears.

I would like to know an answer about

what type of virus it could be? Please i am concerned about this :(
