Switching licenses / Buying a new license

Thank you for reaching out to F-Secure Community.
To switch the license you may need to remove the existing F-Secure ID Protection then reinstall it again and activate the new subscription from your personal account subscription. But it may cause you to lose the vault data information. However, you can export the password before switching the license and then import it again once you have activate it.
To backup your vault data information, it can only be done from Windows or MacOS device. You may refer to the guideline on below link:
