Lenovo tablet keeps saying f secure safe has stopped. Can't uninstall or refresh

    Hi @spondonbowman

    Unless SAFE was installed on the Android device as a Child Device, then only would uninstallation require an additional permission.

    Try to login to your My F-Secure portal, click on that device then release the license. Go back to the device then try to uninstall SAFE again. If the issue persists, head to the Security tab in your Settings and look for device administrator tab and deactivate the administrator priviledge. Go back to the app and try to uninstall again.

    Be sure to check several installation methods for Android and try all the steps.
