iPhone F-Secure Safe browser does not work anymore.

Hello.

2 days ago, there was a update of the F-secure Safe browser .

After this update I can't use this app anymore.

I tried to login but it says it can't find license.

I uninstalled and installed the app again and now it says "Oops, something is not working properly. Please try again."

I'd like to fix this problem. Thank you. 😀

    Dear @Omenauggla,


    I've checked your account internally and it seems that you still have 1 license free for F-Secure SAFE. I didn't notice any iOS device using your available licenses for SAFE, so please remove the app from your iPhone first and install it again:

    1. Open App Store on your iPhone or iPad
    2. Search for F-Secure SAFE
    3. Tap Get and Open the F-Secure SAFE application
    4. Accept the license agreements
    5. Choose that you already have an account and log in with your My F-Secure credentials.
    6. Name the device and accept.


    Please let me know whether you still experience the same problem.

    Hello.

    I tried whay you said.

    When I launch the app I get only this message twice and nothing happens.

    I couldn't use the app almose over a week.

    My Iphone is updated lastest version and I don't know what is my proble buy my 2 devices are not working since last update. Please help me. Thank you.

    We are currently investigating this issue with our R&D team.

    Could you please tell us what iOS version is your device running on?

    If you are not running on the latest and if possible, kindly update to the latest version 14.6 and see if there's any improvement.

    Do you still have the app installed on your iOS device?

    Kindly try to reinstall SAFE and let us know if you get this error.
