Thank you for your update.
Most likely the case was that you had an expired/expiring account on that device and the valid account elsewhere but the reinstallation has now restored that valid account on your device.
Also ensure that no other antivirus program is present to prevent any conflict with the F-Secure program.
Just a suggestion. Consider upgrading your Wins OS to Windows 10 for better performance where Windows Updates can ensure your programs are frequently up to date, that is if the above mentioned scenario is not the case.
