In addition to what @Jaims has already said, please be informed that the use of VPNs is restricted in the Persian Gulf area countries (Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates), and local Internet Service Providers (ISP) may block VPN connections in their networks. If VPN connections are blocked by an ISP, it may cause the F-Secure FREEDOME connection to fail.
Due to the nature of the issue, we are unable to help with this issue.

Hi @Myman
We tested UK server on multiple devices from our end but unable to reproduce the issue. We have not also received any complain from other users about this issue.
May I kindly recommend you try some basic troubleshooting as rebooting your device, reinstall the Freedome VPN and trying other devices and see if that solves the issue?
