Dear @wolf_man1958
In addition to what Cale has already advised, try the following:
Open the scanning report to find the location of the detected file(s)
- Open F-Secure SAFE
- Select Tools
- Choose Recent Events
- Click Scanning Report
Locate the file in the scanning report and follow the file path, for example: C:\Users\xx\xxx\xxxxxx\xxxxxx\
Try the following instructions to manually remove the detected item(s):
- Make sure you have the administrator right or permission to delete the file
- Some files may be hidden, so set your folder option to show hidden files, folders and drives
- Open File Explorer
- Copy the file path (without the item filenames) where the detected item is located
- Paste the copied path into the Address Bar in File Explorer
- Delete the detected file / the whole archive manually
