I get the message that Windows 7 is not supported, but my original subscription works for Windows 7. When I try and use my extension on Ubuntu, the only options mentioned are Windows PC, Mac, Android and iPhone and iPad. How do I solve these problems?

Hello,
Since this is a fresh (?) laptop, it might be worth making sure Windows 7 with SP1 installed. However, maybe installer should inform about this point.
So, good to check against available updates for Windows 7 (Windows Updates), more precisely SP1. There is a Microsoft article about: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/install-windows-7-service-pack-1-sp1-b3da2c0f-cdb6-0572-8596-bab972897f61
And based on F-Secure article: When will F-Secure home products stop supporting Microsoft Windows 7 Operating System ? - F-Secure Community (f-secure.com)
F-Secure will continue to support Windows 7 with our home products until 14.01.2021 at least.
As such, it should be supported (and at least a month, but possibly more).
If the reason is not about lack of SP1 - then good to know a bit more information about your certain steps/view/setting. Also, Linux platform is indeed unsupported for Home solutions yet. So, it is impossible to install F-Secure SAFE here (for now).
Thanks!
