Slow connection in Spain

Living in Finland and trying to connect via Spain. Only about 10% speed when compared e.g. France or Finland.

I tried different servers, even worse (than recommended)....

Hi,

We noticed an underlying network capacity related issue on Friday December 4th at our Spanish location and our service provider there fixed it promptly. Now the network speed should be considerably better there. However, connecting from Finland to Spain has already lots of network and networking devices in between from various different network operators who are beyond our control, so that should be taken into notice when determining what is acceptable with download speeds.

Did you try connecting your device with different network i.e Wifi to 4g mobile data

Sometime if there are many users on the same server to which you are connected then you can face a slow speed. Therefore, you should switch the servers in order to find the one which has relatively less load. Please have a look at this article.

If issue remain, please drop here the speed test with Freedome ON/OFF in order to check with our backend team.
