F-Secure SAFE renewal not working



When I'm taken to the my F-secure portal to renew my subscription, there's the "Buy now" button, but clicking it does absolutely nothing. I thought maybe the system would prompt me with an e-banking bill after my subscription expires, but that has not been the case, and I'm still unable to renew my subscription and am now stranded with an expired license.

The system also doesn't say how much renewal is going to cost, which is extremely anti-consumer I might add.

    Can't really help, except to say that it works for me on a Samsung phone using the Samsung browser. Have you tried using a different browser in case yours is blocking scripts or pop-ups?

    I've tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge on my PC, none work.
