My F-secure Safe Code Doesnt work

So i bought my pc from company and they gave me f-secure safe 6month period , i went made account and went to redeem my safe code i tried few times it said

the code you entered is not valid to renew your service,

i told the thing to company they gave me another code and both codes didnt work what do i do?

Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

Perhaps, you should not create an account and to redeem code (as renewal process). Instead, perhaps, there should be a special place to registration with your code (six month ?!). Did you receive any guide to start use your Code/F-Secure SAFE from company?

And, for example, after creating an account -  a screen appeared with an invitation to redeem your code OR you had to search it?

Anyway, actually, you could try to reach their official Support Channels (for example, web-chat) and they do able to investigate a reason. I mean, whether codes are supposed to be valid or not: https://www.f-secure.com/en/home/support/contact
