I renewed on 09-12 for five devices. I missed adding the new code into one device and now when I add the code it says incorrect code. Help please.

You will need to contact support if the problem continues, but usually, if it says the code is incorrect, then the code is incorrect. This could be due to an input error or an incompatible code being used for the product.
