I changed phone and try to log in and says used my devices as got the 7 plan. And its transfered from another device. How can I manage which device I protect please.
For standalone F-Secure Freedome VPN, you have a code that can be used to activate your subscription while F-Secure TOTAL users are able to manage their subscription via the My F-Secure portal.
Standalone users only need to uninstall Freedome on the old/idle devices and a new installation elsewhere will transfer the license over. So, once the app is deleted on a devices, the license has been released. Aside this, there is no other way to release/delete a license.
If you didn't have a spare licence for the new device, then a licence should have been automatically transferred from an inactive device. You can check which devices are currently protected in your portal:
Thank you i seem to cant see the list in portal. Is there a way I can view and delete devices I don't want the licence on , to free 1 up thanks, it transfer from a inactive device . But I will want that inactive to use at a later time.
