does freedome activate when you enter any wifi automatically

I have phone setting where it connects on any wifi what I have used. on other vpn it detects it and activates without any notice. does FD have same setting? I used this FD once before and entered to public wifi without my notice and just said "error" and failed.

The feature you are looking for is not available for Freedome for Smartphone. You should either turn Freedome ON manually or enable the following settings:

For android device, you can enable Always-on VPN for Freedome VPN.

1. Go to your device Settings.
2. Select Connections > More connection settings > VPN. A list of VPN profiles is shown.
3. Select the Settings icon next to the VPN profile that is FREEDOME.
4. Turn ON the Always-on VPN option.

Note: You should NOT enable the Always-on VPN option for another VPN app if you have installed on same android device. This prevents FREEDOME from being able to establish a connection.

For iPhone/iPad, you can enable the Keep VPN on when device is idle setting to configure FREEDOME VPN to keep the VPN connection always open.

Note that this may naturally have some effect on the battery consumption. By default, the setting is off.
