I have FS Protection 17.0 installed in my Windows 10 PC. Since yesterday it has prevented me to open Excel workbooks. I only get the following message:
If I shut down the protection everything works as usual.
We have received several reports about this issue but we are not able to reproduce it. We need at least one reporter to provide us fsdiag.zip with full logging enabled to proceed with the investigation. If you can reproduce it, please, enable full logging (http://download.f-secure.com/support/tools/CCF-logging-tool/fsloglevel.exe) then reproduce the issue, run Support Tool and make a bug report with fsdiag.zip attached.
