System (Kernel) extension support with macOS Catalina - Situation?
Hello,
When the next version of F-Secure SAFE product will be released for users which works on macOS Catalina?
I am running macOS Catalina version 10.15.6 version which tries to install additional mac OS upgrade. The upgrade cannot be installed probably because of this Kernel extension support change issue from Apple.
Apple says it works with developers like F-Secure to solve the problem.
Any work-a-rounds for this problem? Sorry, attached files include Finnish language.

Hello @Musty!
Please be advised that the current kernel extension that SAFE uses is fully compatible with macOS Catalina and should not cause any issues with installation of macOS upgrades. The warning that Apple is showing refers to the next major release of macOS that will happen later this year. Specific date has not been announced yet. Indeed, current kernel extension will not be compatible with MacOS Big Sur. We are aware of the situation and currently working on ensuring compatibility with the the upcoming macOS release.
Most likely, the issue with macOS upgrades that you are facing in not related to SAFE. We can verify that if you submit a support request to F-Secure Support and attach diagnostics collected with the Support Tool app shipped with SAFE.
