We have reported this to our Freedome team for investigation. In the meantime, we would suggest you to try some basic troubleshoot steps as below;
1. Run the FlushDNS on affected device.
Clear browser cache for desktop and Clear app cache for Smartphone
2. Ensure that IPv6 is enabled for the device. You can refer these Windows and Mac, and refer these for Android, and for iOS.
3. Reboot device then test again and see if that helps
Just to mention that I tried to reproduce the issue while connected to 45.87.186.77 and I was able to view some videos on the homepage using an unregistered account.
