Is F-Secure's Security package as good as a vpn?

Hello, someone found my IP Address and messed around with my PC, I then bought F-Secure's Security Package, Is this package enough? Or do i need a VPN? This is the one i bought: https://www.telenor.no/sikkerhet/trygg-hjemmet/sikkerhetspakke-til-pc/f-secure/

    F-secure Safe is an antivirus which will protect you from malware/spyware etc.

    F-secure Freedome will help you to hide your ip address.

    There is a package called F-secure Total which contain those two programs.
