New customers getting cheaper deals

I had been a loyal customer for around 5 years, I looked at the renew and it was much cheaper for new

Subscribers, I paid as a new customer for 5 licences of Safe, and was then put back to a 3 version licence

I have had to pay another £ 15 and have had not been able to get out of bed with a severe spinal injury,

I sent a complaint and nothing happened and I was forced to pay extra. Loyal Customers are paying more for renewals, than new Customers
