Kindly share the error message with us without exposing your code so we can advise you further. You may want to try to uninstall Freedome, reinstall then try the code again.
If you are using an iOS device, proceed to tap on Enter Account ID in the Subscription tab, paste the code you have and click Activate

On what device are you trying to use the code?
May I recommend that you reinstall Freedome VPN then try again.
Also ensure that you are using the code on the space provided as Account ID when you hit the Log In button if you are using an iOS device. Please do not share your code publicly.
