How to add ID protection to work with Microsoft Edge browser?

    Hello!


    It seems that F-Secure ID PROTECTION supports the following browsers:

    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox

    For now, to automatically fill your usernames and passwords, you would need to use either Chrome or Firefox.

    So F-Secure wants to limit users possibilities to use Microsoft browsers?

    That is not good at all and what is the reason for it? No all solutions will

    work with Chrome or Firefox.

    Hi @User_24337

    Prior to January 2020, Microsoft Edge browser did not support plug-ins. Hence there was no way the F-Secure KEY (then) could be supported.

    However, now that the new Microsoft Edge with Chromium allows it, we recently released F-Secure Browsing Protection support for the new Edge browser. This implies there is a possibility of seeing F-Secure ID Protection autofill extension being supported soon, and until then, you may want to drop your idea in the Feature Request board so the appropriate department can look into it.
