Virus in PDF mail attachment was not detected

I received an e-mail message that I was later informed had a virus that F-secure had not picked up. I submitted the file to VIRUSTOTAL website and the following checkers found viruses.

AVG              PDF:UrlMal-inf [Trj]

McAfee          Artemis!F4D7016BFE98

Do I have a problem?

How can I inform f-secure of this omission?

I've just seen the way to submit the file using the SUBMIT A FILE in the tools..... and have done this now...
