Subscription activation issue
I purchased a license for 24 months for up to 7 devices earlier this year. This device was running a trial account at the time so I didn’t immediately activate it. Now my subscription code is not recognised (despite only 3 devices being on the new code) - any suggestions as to how this can be resolved?

I think you should contact the support center soon...
If you can confirm that the same F-Secure Freedome VPN code is active and running on some devices, we will recommend reinstalling Freedome on the affected devices then try to re-enter the code.
Please note that the portion to enter the code is slightly different on an iOS device. Kindly have a look at the steps in the KB article below.
