I just renewed my f secure freedome. When I open f secure app, I don’t get a question to provide the new code. It just tells me that I have to pay.

If you have an valid subscription with us, that is, you have an activation code that you would like to enter on this device, ensure you do not have an ongoing F-Secure Freedome VPN subscription with iTunes.
Please see this post here and try these steps to activate Freedome using a code. You may have to uninstall the current Freedome VPN app then reinstall and try the steps in the mentioned link. By the way, your Account ID is that Freedome code.
