Subscription through website but not connected to account

Hi, I've purchased a subscription through the website, but when I created an account the subscription and the accounts are separate, so on my laptop I have the full subscription but when I log in on my phone I only have a 30 day trial.

    Have you possibly used different email addresses for the purchases and for registering an account? Once registered, all devices associated with that account (with the same email address) should appear in the portal and you can install products to devices from there. You can also add or remove devices using the portal from here:
