If your Account has. How do you make a new Account for FSecure
I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).
It is a bit tricky situation, I think. In general, the most useful action after finding a trouble is to contact F-Secure Official Support channel (for example, web chat): https://www.f-secure.com/en/home/support/contact (and to provide enough arguments that you are 'original' owner of account). It is also useful if your email service provider decided to stop offer solution (and so on).
But could you explain a bit, because topic title and discussion part with two different situations, perhaps. I mean:
- If your email account has been compromised (this one that used for F-Secure account login-part) and you can not access your F-Secure account under portal - then you have to contact F-Secure Support and to request change for email which is pinned to account. If you are still with access to your F-Secure account via My F-Secure portal (email/password) - some of current F-Secure solutions with built-in functionality under portal (https://community.f-secure.com/common-home-en/kb/articles/5467-how-do-i-change-my-f-secure-account-login-email-address). So, you can easily change it by your own (however, a tricky point if attacker get access to your account).
- If your F-Secure account has been compromised and you can not to use it (login with your email/password; or restore access to account via password recovery functionality). Then, I think only option is to contact F-Secure Support and to provide all related information.
