They was promising me if I buy F-secure total I get some extra time when paying in advance that is not true was
using freedom for some years but when i paid it was no extra at all

I think that if your story is a fresh one - then maybe you could try to contact their official direct F-Secure Support Channel (for example, web chat):
and to sort out potential trouble with reduced price or any bonuses / extra time and so on. Since Support Agents can to double check account information, promos and many other critical things.
But if you already about experience with Support talk and "they promising" something that was not true.... then could you explain a little bit more about situation?
Did you mean that your experience was about upgrade from only one solution (for example, F-Secure Freedome) to F-Secure TOTAL package. And there was intention to merge your 'current' Freedome subscription time with TOTAL's Freedome time?

I was updating freedom and suddenly F-secure total and 0 extra days
So, maybe it was a misunderstanding. Perhaps, if you already contacted their official support (via web-chat or phone) - there should be some kind of solution (maybe voucher for wasted days).
But I think that upgrade from F-Secure Freedome to F-Secure TOTAL is not specified flow (?). At least, I can to find article about upgrade from F-Secure SAFE to F-Secure TOTAL:
where only first article is about extra days (remained from previous subscription + fresh subscription days).
And some articles about Freedome:
where words about Grace periods and not visible mention of handling 'remained days' of previous subscription during upgrade to Total.
