Upgraded my F-Secure Safe to Total after VPN expired Need Activation code

Now see two billings todays listed as BKD-XXXXXXXXX and BKD-XXXXXXXXXX from 19 April 2020.

Please refund one and send activation code to my email for this account.

    Yes, I downloaded the file for F-Safe Total after payment was processed and also F-secure VPN after it did not show up as renewed. Still seeing a prompt from VPN for renewal.

    You haven't renewed your licence, you extended your licence from 5 to 7 devices and upgraded your account to Total package.
