I forgotten my password & the email address I used to set up F-Secure has been ended how can I log i

I was with Sky & when I moved they ended my email address with them so I had to set up a new one, XXXXXXX@XXXXX.XXX. I can't remember my password for my F-Secure account but I can'rt use the forgotten password option.
