Invitation to an other person to use my F-secure safe.

I have bought a 5-unit F-secure Safe license. When I tried to invite another person to use the license in our team I got an answer back from F-secure that this person already had a license in an other team. How do we change so the invited person can use my license instead of the earlier license.

I am only an F-Secure user (their home solution).

Before my unofficial suggestions and try to find a workaround - maybe you could try to reach out their official Support channel (for example, web-chat) and ask about any assistance with subject.

What about own tries: so, already invited user can to login into "My F-Secure Account" (my.f-secure.com) and to confirm "Quit" from the circle ('team'). It should be possible by clicking for own "logo" (profile) under account or somewhere else. Sorry, that I can not to comment about direct steps - I am not sure the current design of this. If it will be impossible to find 'where and how' - you could back with a reply and I will try to check it on my own (with my accounts).

If already invited user did not remember Password. So, it should be possible to request "Restore password" (Forgotten password functionality). And then to login.

After that - it should be possible to invite user to your 'circle'.

Another workaround is to use alias for invited user's account. For example, Google Mail with such an ability to use alias ([username]+[alias]@[gmail.com]). As described there:

under "Use Gmail aliases" category and  "Filter using your Gmail alias" subcategory.

Thus, your invited user will be with completely fresh (another) F-Secure account - but still with his own (one) mail account.
