How do I completely remove this software?

I have done windows uninstall and rebooted, however under "Windows Security" in Protection Settings it has a yellow warning ICON that says Security Suite by F-Secure is snoozed. With a "Turn On" button below it. Pressing it does nothing. I would like to remove all traces of this software and decouple it from Windows 10. Please advise as to how this is done (this seems to be a little sloppy).???

If you still have the problem after running the uninstallation tool, as @Ukko recommended, you may want to check that Windows Defender is up and running:

If all else fails, then it might be worth trying a reset of Windows Security Center:

1. Go to Search, type services. msc, and open Services.
2. Find the Security Center service.
3. Right-click the Security Center service, and go to Reset.
4. Restart your computer.

I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

You could try to use F-Secure Uninstallation Tool:

available there ^ as "Uninstallation tool for Windows".

Maybe something remained even after designed uninstallation process via Windows flow. You can run F-Secure Uninstallation Tool and check if something found. If nothing - you can to manually choose items (second option) and to choose all of them (however, should not be too useful).

If your F-Secure solution were branded or provided by your ISP - maybe good to find their 'branded' tool.
