Subscription renewal

I have renewed my subscription and it works on my Iphone but not on my Laptop (Mac Book Pro)

It does not accept my parrword, neither send me a new one pupon request.

    Hi @Nerwer62

    If you made the renewal from our website, like you have been doing in the past 2 years, you will be given a code that can be used on all your devices.

    Renewal from Apple Store or Google Play Store will only work on any iPhone or iPad and Android devices respectively provided you login with the same Apple/Google ID used in make the purchase but that subscription from App Store for instance will not work on other devices such as Mac, Android and Windows.

    I have not received a new code. The original one, which I have stored, is not accepted byt he laptop.

    I have a similar problem. I first purchased Freedome on my iPad and later purchased for my laptop. I now seem to have 2 subscriptions running in parallel, which is annoying. I would like to know how I can combine the two and continue to pay from my Laptop subscription and merge my iPad into it.
