The virus download was updated in 2011 what is going on

1n 1996 i got a Virus it was the monkey virus F-protect was the only thing that could fix it. I have a root Kit that has done the same thing it relocated the master boot record. None of the virus scanners even identified the problem. i came back after all these years and downloaded the virus program but it has not been updated since 2011 are they not supporting Virus problem any more.

    Do let us know which F-Secure program you have downloaded as we have several consumer and corporate products. Where exactly did you download the F-Secure program from?
