In Policy Manager, the firewall editor is available on all levels (single device or domain selection) and applies settings to all devices on the same profile even if only one device is selected. Moving the firewall editor to the top (global) domain would eliminate the confusion where a PM admin may want to edit the profile for one device but forgets to clone/change the profile to one that's not active on all devices.
