I purchased F secure last year and is up for renewal.
As a Virgin Media customer I should be offered a discount but the renewal doesn't allow selection of the Virgin Media option button.
I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).
There were discussion about related trouble with Virgin Media subscription renewal and trouble with expected price.
Usually, there were two two solutions:
-- to double check that your flow to renew it with expected steps. That you are logged where you should be and so on. Perhaps, Virgin Media website should be with FAQ or articles about that.
-- to contact direct F-Secure Support Channels (for example, chat) and ask their assistance:
Kindly login to your My F-Secure and try to renew again now at the discounted price.
You should be able to see the £25 renewal price which is applicable for your plan now.
