freedome not working with NRK.no

in F-Secure VPN

is it not possible to fix Freedome so it works with NRK.no, it's not been working there in almost 3 weeks now. i don't like to pay for a service i don't get

    Have you contacted the support? I think you should as it don't seem to be a general issue unless it's another server then I use.
