Can't connect to VPN after updating to android version version

Paid subscriber here in Singapore.  On Samsung NOTE 3.  Can't connect up to any virtual location after latest app update.  What happened?  Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

    I'm not sure but you may try this "clear your apps caches".

    May I know the version of android OS running on your Samsung device?


    Did you try uninstall, reboot device and re-install the Freedome app?


    Also, please try connect your device with different network i.e Wifi to 4G mobile data.
