Apps not appearing on Family rules

Some of the apps my child uses on his phone (Samsung A50) are not appearing on the list of current Apps in App control.  We've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app.  Is there any other way of getting the app to appear.

Did you try to uninstall/reinstall application that is not added to App control? OR it was F-Secure application?

 

Because could you even to check that F-Secure application is still active on your device? For example, to change Time limits under web portal (My F-Secure Account) or something like that. And check further whether Android device will receive these changes.
