Hello,
Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user.
There were discussions about this trouble:

He opened youtube app and then the lock screen comes. Than he push clos and make a split screen and then youtube starts to work
with my own experience - this is not a reliable bypass. Can be with some limitations (in addition to strange feelings of watching only splitted screen?!). However, yes, even that is not not a trouble for those who want to cheat and trick.
How can i fix this?
Maybe you can try to find if it is possible to disable "split screen" option under Android settings. As I remember - it should be there (https://community.f-secure.com/t5/F-Secure-SAFE/Bypassing-a-time-limit-on/m-p/107072/highlight/true#M18960).
Basically, some other 'bypasses' can be there. Usually, if it is possible - fixed on F-Secure side.
Another possibility is to discuss situation with your child. Why it is need to bypass chosen limits / restrictions? Why there is a desire to trick you.. and so on.
And to note that chosen things are only reminder that on current minute / hour - these applications or use of device is not recommended. If child want to use device (or restricted applicaition) over the limits - good to ask about more suitable setting for needs.
Thanks!
