Unable to renew subscription manually

Good afternoon,


I have tried to renew my subscription manually for the past 2 days now but without success, i see that there are historical issues regarding renewal so not a new problem.

    I saw the payment was on hold for some reasons, possible related to your banking details.


    Kindly login to your portal then click on Buy Now from the Subscription tab and see if that helps now.
