SAFE installation stuck for a long time while installing .net framework 4.7.2

when download f secure safe--to a fresh install off win 10..it seems to stuck for a long long time when it comes to the net frame work 4.7.2-installation.is it normal or a fault? any way a manual broke the connection is done ..for a later try .....and in what order is best after a fresh install off win 10..download widows update or going directly to? f secure?for a anti virus program download?

I am not sure that there should be stuck for a long long time. Maybe, good to try contact their direct support channels (for example, chat) for proper investigation. Since what if it is pinned to some kind of mistake. But good to know what is "long long time" in fact (minutes / hours)?

I think that it is good to check (download / install) any available Windows updates before further F-Secure installation.

Perhaps, fresh install of Windows 10 should be with already latest ones. But anyway.

 

.NET Framework (with required version) can just be not a part of default fresh Windows installation and that is a reason for downloading before or during F-Secure SAFE installation.

I find the solution,,After a clean install off win 10--and downloads off windows update-installing and start up,,and when into booting win 10 hang.. i shure you 6 or seven clean boots and new trys,,the same fault,and i writing code and all that.,not in hell it work..but yesterday  i install my new graphic card,,and the old "god to have in case off is out off the rig."nvidia 8400"--i just install the new graphic card  ,after a clean install with drivers from cd/rom..connected then to the windows update,,and there eveything going fine,,and also later the f-secure antivirus programme  with no hang on the net frame work thing,so now evrything is going fast and smooth,,
