hi there, i also need to cancel my subsciption i was lead her by Virgin but do not need this,.

    Hi @jade2022 

     

     As a Virginmedia customer, you are entitled to a free F-Secure Safe subscription for one year but not until you set it up.

     

    So if you have not registered any yet, you need not bother. However, please contact our support to double check this for you.
