Juice-Jacking or Video-Jacking

When I plug my USB cable into a compromised outlet (e.g., USB ports in airports, train stations and other public places) my device could be connected to a harmful external drive that steals my personal data and|or installs a virus. QUICK QUESTION: Do any of the F-Secure apps on my devices (like my phone or laptop, especially when I'm traveling) protect me from "Juice-Jacking" or "Video-Jacking"?
