How to invite when person is in another group?

Hi. I want to include my mum in the protection as she has been the two past years. But I am not allowed to to so becauce she is in another group... (She has only been protected through me!) I have tryed to remove F-secure from her computer, but it does not help. What can I do??

Please refer this KB article to know how to remove a family member from My F-Secure Group.

 

If you have already done, but you are getting an error message i.e this person already existing another group. You can reach our F-Secure Support team to check and remove the email address. You will then able to invite from your My F-Secure account.
